How this works: 5km, 10km & Half Marathon entry

THIS HAS CHANGED THIS YEAR

1 - Your entry number is the last 4 digits of your order number which begins with 0000

You can find an editable bib number here so you can create your unique bib: https://www.canva.com/design/DAEz2GmlHdA/share/preview?token=xVqHKWtTEbeWDLZ8A1ckrQ&role=EDITOR&utm_content=DAEz2GmlHdA&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=sharebutton

2 - You will receive your medal within a few days of your entry - we trust you will complete this at some point during the month

3 - You complete your race at a location of your choice anytime between the 1st and 31st January 2022, making sure you capture the proof with a screen shot of an app on your smart phone, or a photo of your GPS watch as evidence of your time, the distance completed and the date completed if you would like to be in with a chance of winning the end of year prize.

4 - All 5km, 10km and Half Marathon entries will count towards the championship table in each of the 3 disciplines and all the individual submissions in 2022 for each distance in each discipline will be entered in a prize draw to win one of 5 prizes at the end of the year. There will be no championship prizes this year.

Additional information for Any Distance Entry

For the Any Distance Entry submission, please choose the furthest distance in one run you have covered in the month you have entered. If you could submit them in the same way as the regular distances, we will add them to the leaderboard based on distance first, then time (if more than one person has the same mileage at the end of the year then the time will determine the champion).

All Any Distance Entry submissions will count towards the championship table in each of the 3 disciplines but there will be no championship prizes this year

Instead, you will be entered in the prize draw at the end of the year for any submissions and the more submissions the more chances to win.

In 2022 all the months medals fit together to form one jigsaw puzzle for you to collect as a momento of the years challenges. You must enter one race per month to complete the puzzle.

Many thanks again for your entry and we hope you enjoy your virtual race! :-)
